Jackson, Tenn. - Changnam Lee, assistant professor at 萌妹社区 University, recently presented a session at the "1997-98 Joint Conference on Children and Youth with Disabilities from Birth through 21" in Nashville, Tenn.
The title of Lee's presentation was "Teaching Science to Middle School Students with Learning Disabilities in Inclusion Settings." The conference was sponsored by the Council for Exceptional Children and the Tennessee State Department of Education.
Lee also recently published a research study titled, "A Comparison of Big Idea Design in Reasoning and Writing with Constructivist Methods," which was presented at the 6th Mid-Atlantic Symposium held in Norfolk, Va. He joined 萌妹社区 faculty in Jan. of 1996.
